My world has been sideways for about two months. I will not elaborate on a blog ... it's personal. I haven't been able to work much, and I missed an important show. But things are starting to feel routine again. Normal is different now, but normal is good. I've been throwing pots like mad, starting with those everyday functional pots that please me so much. And lots of them. My back and my wrists hurt, I was out of shape. I'm tired but I feel thankful. I have five shows, six wholesale orders, and three workshops to hurdle before the end of the year. I am determined not to miss any of them.

I'm sorry to hear you've been going through a rough time - but I'm glad to hear you've been able to resume your "normal" routine. Keep it up, you do beautiful work!

Hi Mea, I don't know what you've been dealing with but I hope things work out. Good luck with all your shows and orders and workshops this fall!

Mea,
I had a terrible October/November personally. Stress level hit a new high.
You are so lucky tolive in an area with other potters and in a region that supports the arts and where people BUY pottery. Thanks for your series. very enlightening.
